I had an amazing Birthday Dinner at The Quincy Exchange! Thank you Kelly O'Conner for the amazing hospitality. The restaurant sits in an old bank and is beautifully decorated. We started with: Ichiban Oysters from the Puget Sound - simple and delicious. Crab Deviled Eggs - super cream and rich with crab. (Note: The picture has 3 and this was a special birthday amuse-bouche). The Root Vegetable Salad - complex and a great example of the combinations of flavors you will experience at an FLX restaurant. It had the earthiness of the root vegetables, combined the creaminess of Brie d'Amir, and Asian flavors (Honey-Miso Vinaigrette and Black Sesame Seeds). For entrees we had: Butternut Squash & Lentil Curry - this dish had a wonderful kick and combined the flavors of Cipollini Onions, Almond Milk Curry, Broccoli, Kumquats, and Creme Fraiche along with the Butternut Squash. Steelhead Trout - this dish was amazing! It was served with Israeli Cous Cous, Frisee, Butternut Squash, and Sauce Grenobloise. Lobster Mac N Cheese - Girelle Pasta tossed in a light cheese sauce and lobster. And to finish the meal we had Panna Cotta and Hazelnut Dacquoise. Both were incredible and a great way to end an amazing meal. The wine list is filled with some very interesting and unique wines. We had an amazing Rioja. We happened to be staying close by, so we walked to the restaurant, but there is ample street parking. The Quincy Exchange is a must if you are in Corning or nearby!

We had an amazing brunch at the Quincy exchange. The food, drinks, and service were all excellent. Our group started with the incredible warm monkey bread which, avocado toast and a round of mimosas (which are a bit pricey but good). For mains we had the open faced omelette, burger and crab Benedict - all delicious mains. Highly recommended - we can’t wait to go back!

We happened to walk by when they had a cancelation for the 8pm tasting menu with the Chef. What an experience! We got to sit right in front of the Chef's kitchen as he prepared our beautiful bites to eat. They start out very small, single bites, but we left stuffed! Wine pairing was perfect too! I look forward to hopefully trying another one of the Chef's amazing meals. Pricy (275 per person) but well worth the experience.

The food was incredibly good!! The pasta was just delicious as well as everything else. The only thing we did not enjoy was the Tiramisu (it really has too much rum). Service was perfect and the restaurant was beautiful.

Came here with my parents for father's day when we're visiting Corning. The food is absolutely delicious, and our server Doug is very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend, especially the ribeye and pasta.

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere, for both brunch and dinner! Monkey bread is a fantastic, rich, and sweet must-try at brunch if you're into that type of thing, orange cardamom French toast is delicious and unique as well. Also tried brunch specials of watermelon cosmopolitan - very nice - and biscuits and gravy, which was perfectly peppery, mushroomy, and savory over cornbread biscuits. For dinner, the warm bread is a great way to start with some unique butter options. More fun drinks to choose from as well. Can't go wrong with the Quincy salad, roasted duck breast, or French onion soup - duck was cooked to perfection, and accompanying croquettes are also a hit! Can't recommend semifreddo and s'more bread pudding desserts enough, another couple of must-tries, semifreddo like a rich semifrozen chocolate mousse, and s'more-style may be the best way to do bread pudding. Addendum 10/2024: Like this place so much, we returned a year later! Can't go wrong with focaccia with butters and smokey pork schmaltz, nor avocado toast with a uniquely savory chili oil twist! The open faced omelette is a massive and exciting dish, loaded with veggies and outstanding goat cheese! Bread pudding French toast is a sweet and rich must-try, pancakes are big and fluffy with good apple compote, although whipped cream was a little funky. Espresso martini is an all star cocktail, perfectly balanced, sweetened with just the right amount of maple syrup! Wellington cocktail nice as well, a little on the stronger side if that suits you.

We really enjoyed our dinner here. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful with the menu, and very helpful with our dietary needs. We really appreciate it! The menu looked really good, so we wanted to try a few things. We started with a variety of appetizers: The hummus was absolutely outstanding and possibly the best hummus we've ever had. The crispy capers and pomegranate seeds were delicious and the selection of vegetables were so unique. We loved the inclusion of the fennel and watermelon radish. We then got the deviled egg, which was with crab when we were there. This was really, really good! The charcuterie board we also liked and we thought the toast was very well seasoned. We also ordered a shrimp cocktail and thought that was very well seasoned as well. For our meal, we ordered the lamb pasta and the salmon pasta. We really liked the lamb pasta and think that would go very well in a sheopard's pie. Just delicious! For dessert we had the coconut Pana cotta, which was excellent. We loved the coconut flavor to the Pana cotta and we loved the crispy cashews on top. We also orders a tahini brownie and this might have been the best brownie we ever had. The caramel and cocoa nibs were so delicious! We would highly recommend The Quincy Exchange and can't wait to go back!

We came across this restaurant bec it’s only 5 min from Corning Museum and really glad we tried it out! This restaurant is a vibe as soon as you walk in. The food was really really good which was a pleasant surprise since we’ve never been there. Good Lord their monkey bread was absolutely divine; you gotta give them heads up if you want it bec it takes them 20 min to make but trust me, it’s sooooo worth it! I tried their avocado on toast and it’s the best one I’ve had; whatever they put on it is absolute perfection bec some places will put so many different things on their avocado toast but fail miserably. Oh and their French onion soup was also really yum; I’m a fan so definitely order that too. All the staff were super nice. I believe our waitress’ name was Tricia (sorry I’m not good with names) but she said it was her first day (we were there 10/20th); she really did a great job. We told her we had to be at the Corning Museum at a certain time and she was able to accommodate our request no problem. We will definitely be back to this restaurant whenever we’re back in town!
